Projects

Real work, real outcomes. Each project started with data that already existed and ended with a tool a team could run without me.

01

End-to-end recruitment operations platform

Recruitment platform business development view — a territory map of London with postcode-based lead scoring, candidate radius filtering, and outreach tracking.

The situation

A client had outgrown spreadsheets and a generic ATS but couldn't justify enterprise hiring software. Manual processes were burning time, candidate data was scattered, and there was no structured way to identify new markets.

What was built

Custom recruitment CRM, candidate application forms, structured screening workflows, CV parsing with OCR and AI extraction, and a business development layer using geographic market data from government open data sources to identify addressable regions and employer density.

02

Playground location analysis tool

Playground location analysis tool — a map view of a potential site with surrounding demographics, catchment statistics, and an age distribution chart.

The situation

A company that places playgrounds for municipalities and commercial sites needed a way to analyse potential locations before recommending them. Every assessment was manual: pulling demographic data, checking catchment, and estimating usage from scratch for each site. The work was high-skill and slow.

What was built

A custom analysis interface combining Dutch government open data (including CBS demographic data and BAG building data) with the client's own site records. For any location, the tool returns surrounding population, age distribution, density, and nearby landmarks — the inputs the team used to build recommendations manually.

Martech Stack Builder

Martech Stack Builder — node-based view of a Martech stack with sources, a central data hub, and activation platforms connected by data flow lines.

The situation

A repeated pattern across multiple engagements: no one has a single, reliable view of what's in the Martech stack, what it costs, who owns it, and when it renews. Every audit started from scratch.

What was built

A live product available at martechstackbuilder.com. Stack visualization, cost tracking with renewal notifications, stakeholder mapping, and governance tooling. Built to give the person who actually manages the stack a single reliable view of everything in it.

Content intelligence and competitor analysis tool

Content intelligence tool — a classification matrix showing how content items map to audience segments and topic dimensions, with a filter sidebar and a content listing table.

The situation

A client needed to understand how their content library mapped to target audience segments, and how it compared to competitors across the same topics. Existing approaches were manual audits delivered as slide decks that went stale immediately.

What was built

A classification engine that tags existing content against audience and intent dimensions, surfaces gaps, and generates a live competitor comparison view. Updated as new content is published.

Some information in the screenshots above has been blurred to protect client confidentiality. The interfaces and functionality shown are genuine.
