Experience
Not a CV. A track record of building things that work, on data that already exists.
Martech Foundry
Building custom operational tools from data that already exists — open data, owned data, and the gaps between systems. Every project ends with a handover, not a dependency. Clients span Martech, recruitment ops, public sector reporting, and data activation.
Martech Therapy
Host of Couch Confidentials, a Martech strategy podcast. Regular contributor on Substack covering CDP strategy, agentic AI, and Martech architecture. The outlet for ideas that are too long for a client call and too specific for a conference talk.
Martech Stack Builder
A live product I built to solve a problem I kept seeing across clients: no one has a single reliable view of what's in their stack, what it costs, who owns it, and when it renews. Available at martechstackbuilder.com and free to all Martech Foundry clients.
Fractional Head of Martech
Advisory and hands-on engagements with companies running Adobe, Salesforce, Tealium, Treasure Data, and composable CDP stacks. Work included stack audits, vendor evaluations, data activation architecture, identity resolution, and server-side tagging implementations.
CDP strategy and data activation
Deep advisory work across composable and packaged CDP architectures. Helped teams design and implement activation layers, consent management, audience segmentation, and real-time data pipelines. The through-line: making data usable by the people who need it, not just the engineers who built the pipe.
More on the thinking behind the work: Martech Therapy (podcast, Substack, and the occasional strong opinion).
